1. Scope & Applicability
This Cancellation & Refund Policy (‘Policy’) applies to all paid services offered by Truemark Academy & Advisory Services LLP (‘Academy’, ‘we’, ‘us’) through https://truemarktradingacademy.com and associated delivery platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, email, web portal). This Policy is framed in alignment with SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, SEBI Circular dated February 17, 2025 (CeFCoM guidelines), and applicable consumer protection laws of India.
Services covered under this Policy:
- Online Recorded Courses: Stock Market Basics Course, Advanced Technical Analysis Course.
- Subscription Plans: Cash Market Research Case Studies — Basic (CBV) & Premium (CBV), Swing & Momentum (Plan-M series), Investment & Wealth (IWV) plans.
- Live webinars, Q&A sessions, and educational community access.
ALL subscription plan content — including live case studies, chart analyses, and research reports — is for EDUCATIONAL and LEARNING PURPOSES ONLY and does not constitute investment advice or securities recommendations. Refund eligibility does not depend on trading outcomes.
2. General Refund Principles
- All fees are quoted exclusive of GST. GST charged (currently 18%) is a statutory levy and is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Payment gateway transaction charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI/NEFT/RTGS) only. Cash refunds are not permitted.
- If the client terminates the contract and requests a refund, the refund will be processed as per these norms on a pro-rata basis where applicable.
3. Eligibility for Refund
3A. Online Courses
(Stock Market Basics Course & Advanced Technical Analysis Course)
- FULL REFUND: Cancellation within 7 (seven) calendar days of payment AND no course module, video, PDF, or material has been accessed or downloaded, AND no live session has been attended.
- PARTIAL REFUND (50% of base fee, excluding GST): If fewer than 25% of course modules have been accessed and cancellation is requested within 14 days of enrollment — at the Academy’s discretion.
- NO REFUND: After 14 days of enrollment, or if more than 25% of course content has been accessed, or if 2+ live Q&A sessions have been attended.
3B. Subscription Plans (All Variants)
Applicable to: Cash Market Basic (CBV), Cash Market Premium (CBV), Swing & Momentum (Plan-M), Investment & Wealth (IWV).
- FULL REFUND: Cancellation within 7 (seven) calendar days of payment AND the Telegram/WhatsApp community group has NOT been joined AND no research case study report has been received or viewed.
- PRO-RATA REFUND: If the Academy prematurely terminates a subscription plan without a substitute, the Client is entitled to a pro-rata refund for complete unutilized calendar months.
- NO REFUND (Short-Duration Plans): 2-day and 7-day plans are non-refundable once community access is granted.
- NO REFUND: Once Telegram/WhatsApp group access is granted AND the first research case study has been delivered, no refund shall be issued for the period already availed.
3C. Always Eligible for Refund
- Duplicate/double payment: Full excess amount refunded within 10 working days of confirmation.
- Academy’s irresolvable technical failure: If the Academy cannot deliver any content for 7+ continuous working days due to its own platform failure (not third-party), a pro-rata refund for the affected period will be issued.
- Academy-initiated premature termination without substitute: Full pro-rata refund for unutilized full calendar months.
- SEBI Registration Suspended/Cancelled: If the Academy’s SEBI registration (once obtained) is suspended or cancelled, pro-rata refunds will be issued for all unutilized subscription periods.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refund shall be issued under any of the following circumstances:
- Dissatisfaction with market outcomes, trading results, or investment performance arising from application of educational content.
- Change of mind, personal schedule conflicts, or time constraints after the cooling-off period.
- Non-attendance of live sessions, webinars, or failure to access content after enrollment.
- Any subscription plan where Telegram/WhatsApp group access has been granted and at least one case study has been received.
- Any course where more than 25% of content has been accessed, or after 14 days of enrollment.
- Force majeure events: Natural disasters, pandemics, internet outages, government orders, third-party platform disruptions beyond the Academy’s reasonable control.
- Violation of Terms & Conditions, including unauthorized sharing or redistribution of Academy content.
- Short-duration trial plans (2-day and 7-day plans) once access has been fully granted.
- GST, payment gateway transaction charges, or any other statutory taxes/fees charged on the transaction.
5. Refund Request Procedure
- Send written request via email to info@truemarktradingacademy.com with subject: ‘Refund Request – [Full Name] – [Plan/Course Name] – [Payment Date]’
- Include: Full name, registered mobile number, UPI/transaction reference number, enrolled plan or course name, date of payment, and detailed reason for refund request. For premature termination requests, provide written notice at least 10 working days prior.
- The Academy acknowledges receipt within 2 (two) working days.
- Refund eligibility review completed within 5 (five) working days of complete request receipt.
- If approved, refund processed to original payment method (UPI/NEFT/RTGS) within 10 (ten) working days of approval. Cash refunds are not permitted.
- Payment gateway charges and GST are non-refundable and will be deducted before any refund is processed.

8. SEBI Status & Regulatory Notice
- SEBI Registration Application In Process — Not Yet Granted.
- The Academy’s NISM-certified professional (NISM: 202400172766) provides educational services. Until SEBI registration is granted, the Academy does not operate as a SEBI-registered Research Analyst.
- Upon obtaining SEBI registration, the Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM) will be implemented where applicable.
