When you join Academy-managed Telegram or WhatsApp educational communities, we have access to your display name and phone number as part of platform-standard group membership. We do not access any data from these platforms beyond what is voluntarily shared in educational group interactions. You are also subject to the privacy policies of Telegram and WhatsApp respectively.

7. Data Retention

  • Active subscriber/student records: Duration of enrollment/subscription plus 5 years, in compliance with applicable tax and corporate record-keeping requirements.
  • Transaction and payment records: 8 years, in compliance with GST and income tax laws.
  • Telegram/WhatsApp community membership records: Duration of membership plus 1 year.
  • Inactive accounts: If you choose to terminate your account, the Academy may store some information about you for 90 days. After that time, it will be deleted.
  • Marketing communications: Until you opt out or withdraw consent.

8. Cookies Policy
